Shipping policy

All items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 days per item for the items to be handcrafted before they ship out. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours with an estimated ship date. All orders ship via USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested. Please note that the items ship from Hawaii and shipping times can be slightly longer than shipping times on the mainland.

Once the items have shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 2 weeks for an item that has been shipped to arrive (in most instances shipping time will be much shorter). After 2 weeks has passed, if the item still has not been received, I will either resend or refund for non-delivery.
