Welcome to Kukui Nui Custom Lighting! We're the happy result of blending a metals artist, an electrical contractor, and the inspiration of a Hawaiian island.

Originally from California, I found my way to the Big Island after meeting my husband (the brilliant electrical contractor in this story). Together, we've built a beautiful life, family, and a couple of businesses here over the past two decades.

Kukui Nui grew out of our shared love for tropical surroundings, creativity, and the joy of building something by hand. Every fixture is personally handcrafted by me—designed to bring the warmth of copper and the aloha spirit into homes around the world.
